The office buildings
Lenbach Gärten is an extremely lively and urban city district. Living and working in the best neighbourhood. For this reason two representative office buildings, which also integrate perfectly into the overall ensemble, are also part of the wide and diverse range of residences, as well as the attractive lifestyle offering of the luxurious 5-star hotel "The Charles".
If one walks from Königsplatz along Luisenstrasse the St. Bonifaz park opens up at Karlstrasse and provides a view of the representative office building of McKinsey. The office district with almost 14,000 square metres in office space houses the head quarters of the company.
And another richly structured office block stretches along the opposite side of Katharina von Bora Strasse whose approximately 11,000 square metres in office space is used entirely by the renowned American Condé Nast publishing company.
Both office buildings together with the hotel were sold to a large foreign investor back during the construction phase in 2006, who in turn sold the building in 2009 to a German Family Office. While at this time commercial real estate had to contend with heavy markdowns, some of which were related to the financial crisis, the investment in Lenbach Gärten has proved itself as exceptionally stable in terms of value, thus confirming the long-term strategies of FRANKONIA Eurobau AG.
